We had our first fire drill of the school year today. Students moved swiftly and quietly out of the building in record time.

Please join us for Open House. Mrs. Peterson will facilitate a parent meeting at 5:30pm to share information about Title 1 funding and school updates. Teachers will be in their classrooms from 6-7:30pm to share information about the curriculum and expectations.

In an effort to prepare our future safeties on how to raise and fold the flag, we had two veterans from our Dearborn community to teach our students.

Our Roadrunner helped welcome our students back today.

Thank you to the District Operations Crew and Dearborn Department of Public Works – Public Service Division for making our outdoor reading area possible. Now, students and teachers can read under the trees.

Today was game day. We also found time to work in the garden, release our butterflies and create characters for Reader’s Theater.
